Life can be complicated, especially when your emotions feel too big to manage or relationships start to feel painful instead of supportive. Whether you’re a teen figuring out who you are, or an adult feeling stretched thin by responsibilities and expectations, therapy can be a place to breathe, reflect, and heal. I help people learn about their emotions, build healthier relationships, and feel more at ease in their own skin. Using a empathetic and collaborative approach, my goal is to help individuals, parents, and families explore themselves and their relationships, as well as develop capacities for mental and emotional well-being.

I take an eclectic and trauma-focused approach to therapy, because no one’s story is the same. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity, while finding practical tools that help you feel more grounded. I draw from such models of care as Attachment Theory, Trauma-Informed Care, CBT, and DBT to create a style that fits your needs.

If you’re feeling stuck in emotional patterns, struggling to connect with others, or finding it hard to understand your emotions, my person-centred and attachment-based approach could help you develop healthier ways of coping, relating, and healing. Please book online, or call the clinic, to schedule a free 20-min consultation. I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions.
